As an MRI Technologist, your responsibilities include ensuring patient safety, performing high-quality MR studies, and communicating effectively with patients and radiologists. You may also train new technologists and Patient Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure patient safety, including pre-screening and aseptic techniques.
• Produce diagnostic-quality images.
• Manage supplies, clean equipment, and assist with patient transport.
• Communicate effectively with patients and radiologists.
• Train new staff as needed.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• ARRT (R), ARRT (MR), or ARMRIT certification required.
• State license if applicable.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license if applicable.
• Six months MRI experience if not ARRT or ARMRIT certified.
• Ability to work at multiple locations.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and computer skills.
• Travel may be required; COVID-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment.

Physical Requirements:

May include exposure to weather, magnetic fields, blood, and body fluids. Responsibilities involve sitting, standing, walking, and lifting.
