Senior MRI Technologist - Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Senior MRI Technologist in sunny Florida! We're seeking an experienced professional to perform advanced diagnostic imaging procedures using state-of-the-art magnetic resonance imaging technology. In this role, you'll contribute to patient care by producing high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI scans following established protocols and safety guidelines
• Operate and maintain advanced MRI equipment and PACS systems
• Position patients correctly and ensure proper imaging techniques
• Monitor patients during procedures to ensure comfort and safety
• Process, review, and organize diagnostic images in PACS
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members
• Maintain detailed patient records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety regulations and protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Radiological Technology
• Current Florida State Registered Radiologic Technician License
• ARRT (MR) certification
• Current BCLS certification
• Minimum 1 year MRI experience (3+ years preferred)
• Comprehensive knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy
• Expertise in MRI protocols for head, neck, body, MSK, and spine imaging
• Strong patient care and communication skills
