• Monitor patients for adverse reactions during imaging procedures.
• Maintain safety and infection control practices in the radiology suite.

Job Description:

Work Schedule: Full Time, Friday: 1:30pm - Midnight; Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am - 11:30pm

• Notifies appropriate personnel when inventory is low.

• Positions patients accurately and comfortably using appropriate immobilization and coil placement techniques to ensure high-quality imaging.

• Prepares and administers IV contrast material following safety guidelines and monitors patients for adverse reactions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively and work with people of various diverse backgrounds

• Knowledge of MRI procedures

• Knowledge of MRI scanners

• Ability to learn and grow with new technology

Education:

• Associate Preferred

• High School Grad or Equiv Required

Work Experience:

• 1+ years experience in radiology and completion of MRI training program Preferred

Licenses and Certifications:

• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Required

• Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging (R.T.(MR)ARRT)) Required OR

• Registered MRI Technologist (ARMRIT) Required

Pay Range:

$27.21 - $50.60
