Minimum qualifications:
High School diploma or formal educational equivalent.
Graduate of a Radiological Technology program
Licenses, certificates, or registration: Registry eligible or Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist.
An Arkansas Radiologic Technologist License must be obtained prior to start date.
MRI Advanced Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist must be obtained within 12 months from the hire date.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors/Baccalaureate Degree
One or more years' experience as an MRI technologist
Licenses, certificates, or registration- MRI Advanced Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist.
Additional Information:
Responsibilities:
Prepares patients for and runs MRI examinations by screening patients and interacting with family members
Assists in scheduling MRI exams for patients and maintains clinical documentation
Maintains supply chain responsibilities of medical supplies
Responds to and resolves patient inquiries and concerns
Acts as point of contact in the absence of a department manager
Performs other duties as assigned
