Job summary

Touchstone Medical Imaging, LLC is seeking a motivated MRI Technologist for our Fort Worth, TX outpatient imaging center (Rosedale location). A $10,000 sign-on bonus and a 3 x 12 schedule with flexible days are offered to support work-life balance and patient care excellence.

The MRI Technologist will perform high-quality MRI procedures, ensure patient safety and comfort, and collaborate with radiologists and staff to deliver exceptional imaging results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program.
• Current ARRT MR certification or ARMRIT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Ensure proper patient screening, positioning, and image quality.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Administer contrast agents as directed and in compliance with policy (if applicable).
• Verify patient information, orders, and documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain MRI equipment and report any issues promptly.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and MRI safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and front office staff.

Position Summary

The MRI Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality MRI procedures in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment. This role ensures patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols


• Ensure proper patient screening, positioning, and image quality


• Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring safety and comfort


• Administer contrast agents as directed and in compliance with policy (if applicable)


• Verify patient information, orders, and documentation for accuracy


• Maintain MRI equipment and report any issues promptly


• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and MRI safety standards


• Collaborate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and front office staff


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and work areas

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program


• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification with Registry in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) or current American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)
