Join Our Team as an MRI Technologist at CDI

We are hiring a casual MRI Technologist to join our Appleton team. We offer flexible scheduling options including days, evenings, and weekends, as well as shift and PRN differentials. Enjoy a work-life balance in an outpatient clinic environment. Apply now to become part of our exceptional team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (90%)
  • Screen patients before exams for precautions or contradictions, using two patient identifiers to ensure correct patient and procedure.
  • Explain and prepare patients for MRI procedures, including positioning and explaining the process.
  • Perform routine and advanced MRI procedures on designated body parts with minimal supervision, providing patient support throughout.
  • Adjust MRI scan parameters as needed and maintain positive relationships with radiologists, referring physicians, and colleagues.
  • Follow physicians' orders and safety regulations, accurately maintain patient records in RIS, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain equipment in good working order, including cleaning and disinfecting after each use, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and accreditation requirements.
Support and Additional Responsibilities (5%)
  • Assist with maintaining updated imaging protocols and software upgrades.
  • Monitor medical supply inventory and request supplies as needed.
  • Assist in training new staff, offering technical expertise.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • ARRT registered technologist, current and in good standing.
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved radiography program.
