Equiliem is seeking an MRI Technologist to join our team in the United States. The ideal candidate holds an associate degree in MRI or radiology and ARRT certification is a plus.

The role involves operating the MRI machine efficiently, preparing patients, and coordinating with physicians to ensure timely delivery of results. Requirements include two years of experience, BLS certification, injection certification, and NYS Radiologic Technologist license with willingness to obtain NYS license

• Two (2) Years' Experience
• BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
• MUST HAVE Client SCANNER EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED
• Level 1 Trauma Center Experience
• Certification through the ARRT
• MUST HAVE INJECTION CERTIFICATION TO BE CONSIDERED
• NYS Rad Tech license - must be willing to obtain this after starting

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe scanning facility
• Coordinate with physicians to provide diagnostic imaging
• Prepare patients for scans and explain the procedure to help them feel comfortable
• Insert IVs when necessary for the test
• Document all procedures while maintaining the confidentiality of patient information
• Patient care tasks as needed

Complete Description

We are seeking an MRI Technologist to join our team. You must have an associate degree in magnetic resonance imaging or radiology; certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is a plus. Our ideal candidate knows how to operate the MRI machine efficiently, can make patients feel comfortable before and during the scanning procedure, and coordinates with the patient's physician to ensure the results are received in a timely manner. You also must be familiar with medical terminology and be able to stand for extended periods.
