Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an MRI Technologist to provide high-quality imaging services to assist physicians in diagnosing diseases. The role involves performing diagnostic MRI examinations and ensuring patient care across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics.

Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology, and BLS certification. This position offers a chance to impact patient care positively.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Radiography (R).
• BLS certified.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBLE FOR: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technologists utilize the resonant frequency properties of atoms within a magnetic field to image anatomic and/or physiologic conditions of the body to assist physicians in the diagnosis of disease. MR technologists perform diagnostic magnetic resonance examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist. MR technologists provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: None
6 months as an MRI Technologists preferred.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW: Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Radiography (R).

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: BLS certified.
