Job summary

Northside Hospital in Georgia seeks a motivated MRI Technologist to join our imaging team. You will operate MRI equipment to produce tomographic images for diverse patient populations in an outpatient setting, ensuring safety and quality.

Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program or an accredited MRI program, be registered (RT) or MR registry eligible, and hold American Heart Association BLS certification. ARRT MR or ARMRIT MR registration preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with one year of experience in diagnostic radiology or ARMRIT (MR) registry or ARRT (MR) registry in lieu of ARRT (RT) certification and diagnostic radiology experience.
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support

Magnetic Resonance Imaging equipment to produce tomographic films of designated portions of the human body for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.

REQUIRED

1. Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program.
2. Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with one (1) year of experience in diagnostic radiology or ARMRIT (MR) registry or ARRT (MR) only registry in lieu of ARRT (RT) certification and diagnostic radiology experience.
3. Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support

PREFERRED

1. Registered MRI Technologist by ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT (MR)
2. One (1) year of training and experience in MRI.
