Job summary

Northside Hospital in Atlanta is seeking an MRI Technologist to operate Magnetic Resonance Imaging equipment and produce tomographic films for neonate through geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, RT registration with ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT, and American Heart Association BLS. Preferred candidates have MR certification and MRI experience, and a demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with one year of experience in diagnostic radiology or ARMRIT (MR) registry or ARRT (MR) only registry in lieu of ARRT (RT) certification and diagnostic radiology experience.
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support

REQUIRED

1. Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program.
2. Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with one (1) year of experience in diagnostic radiology or ARMRIT (MR) registry or ARRT (MR) only registry in lieu of ARRT (RT) certification and diagnostic radiology experience.
3. Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support

PREFERRED

1. Registered MRI Technologist by ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT (MR)
2. One (1) year of training and experience in MRI.
