Job summary

MedQuest Imaging in Anderson, SC is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic scans and prepare patients, ensuring safety and comfort in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

You will collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff, maintain ARRT MR certification, and adhere to Epic EMR workflows. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling, no overnight shifts, and PTO.

Candidates must complete ARRT-approved radiography training and hold required state licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program.
• Certified and registered by ARRT in MR - RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR).
• Applicable state license where required.

What You'll Do

The MRI Technologist will assist physicians in the performance of diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and safely operating the MR equipment in order to obtain diagnostic scans.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program
• Certified and registered by ARRT in MR - RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR)
• Applicable state license where required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical records (EMR) systems
