MedQuest Imaging is accepting applications for a PRN CT Technologist in Florence, SC. The role involves preparing patients and operating CT equipment to capture diagnostic scans, while supporting physicians and clinical teams in outpatient imaging settings.

Ideal candidates will hold ARRT Radiography and CT certifications, possess a state license if required, and demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills with a patient-focused approach.

Qualifications

• ARRT-approved Radiography program completion.
• ARRT CT certification/registration (RT(R)(CT)).
• State license as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the patient and safely operate CT equipment to obtain diagnostic scans.
• Assist physicians in diagnostic/therapeutic procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain imaging quality throughout the procedure.

What You'll Do

The CT Technologist will assist physicians in the performance of diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and safely operating the CT equipment in order to obtain diagnostic scan s.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program
• Certified and registered by ARRT in CT – RT(R)(CT)
• Applicable state license where required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical records (EMR) systems
