Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) technologist to image anatomical and/or physiologic conditions under the guidance of a Radiologist.

The role requires graduation from an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited training, no experience required, and BCLS and ARDMS or ARRT registration upon hire. The position provides patient care for all ages.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
• No experience required.
• BCLS certification upon hire.
• ARDMS or ARRT radiography registration upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MRI examinations under the supervision of a Radiologist.
• Provide patient care across age groups (neonatal to geriatric) in accordance with standards.

MR technologists perform diagnostic magnetic resonance examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist. MR Technologists provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.
