Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
• BLS through AHA at the time of hire or within 6 months of hire (Required)

Responsibilities

• Assist technologist with the flow of the day.
• Anticipates and resolves scheduling conflicts/ patient delays.
• Schedule transport for patients coming and leaving the department.
• Turnover exam rooms efficiently. This includes, escorting the patient out of the room, cleaning the room, preparing the room for the next patient, and bringing the next patient to the room.
• Answer calls in the control room or from designated cell phone.
• Always be professional when working with patients, staff, or when communicating using a phone or email.
• Change linen in the area as needed.
• Stock supplies for exam room and storage rooms.
