Methodist Richardson Medical Center, part of Methodist Health System, seeks an MRI Technologist to perform routine and interventional MRI studies and support sedation during procedures. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary imaging team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications include graduation from an approved Radiologic Technologist Program, current BCLS, ARRT MR certification, and Texas state certification.

• One year of experience preferred or ARRT(R); license within 1 year of orientation.

Your Job:
In this highly technical allied imaging professional position, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide the very best imaging services, which include ultrasound, CT scan, PET scan, interventional radiology, digital mammography, and nuclear medicine. The primary purpose of the MRI Technologist position is to perform routine, specialized and interventional MRI imaging. In addition, he/she performs venipuncture when indicated and assists the Radiologist and Radiology nurses with sedation cases.

Your Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program
• Current BCLS certification
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists" certification - ARRT (MR) Texas Department of State Health certification
• Work Experience: 1 year preferred Or ARRT (R) ; employee will be required to obtain ARRT (MR) license within 1 year of completing orientation
