Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Midtown is seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MRI exams under a Radiologist’s supervision and provide compassionate patient care across all ages. Join a team committed to excellence in imaging and safety.

Requires AMA/JRCERT accredited education, ARDMS/ARRT registration, and BCLS. No experience required; 6 months MRI preferred. Full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth within the Piedmont system.

Qualifications

• AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training required.
• No experience required; 6 months MRI experience preferred.
• ARDMS or ARRT Radiography registration required; BCLS required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MRI examinations under the supervision of a Radiologist.
• Provide patient care to all age groups (neonatal to geriatric) and ensure safety during imaging.

Responsibilities:

MRI, FT, Piedmont Columbus Midtown

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technologists utilize the resonant frequency properties of atoms within a magnetic field to image anatomic and/or physiologic conditions of the body to assist physicians in the diagnosis of disease. MR technologists perform diagnostic magnetic resonance examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist. MR Technologists provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.

• 6 months as an MRI Technologist Preferred

Licenses and Certifications
