Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Magnetic Resonance Sales Consultant to drive revenue growth for MR products across the San Francisco, CA metro area and Hawaii territory. The role emphasizes consultative selling, relationship-building with radiology teams, and performance across complex contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a radiology background, CRM experience (Salesforce), and a proven track record in medical imaging sales, with strong communication and territory management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Deep knowledge of radiology with MR imaging, contrast media and service portfolio.
• Proven success in driving adoption of contrast, injectors, or imaging technologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to navigate complex buying processes across health systems and accounts.
• CRM proficiency to drive value and forecast territory performance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and revenue targets for the MR portfolio across assigned accounts and territory.
• Build relationships with radiology leaders and MR technologists to expand Bayer MR presence.
• Identify key decision-makers and influence adoption across health systems.
• Coordinate with NAMs, SAMs, AMs and cross‑functional teams to integrate MR solutions into accounts.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan with clear goals and resource allocation.
• Generate quotes and scope proposals aligning with customer requirements and compliance standards.
• Log activities in CRM, maintain pipeline data, and support forecasting.
• Deliver in‑suite clinical and business presentations with MR product knowledge.
• Share customer insights with internal teams to inform strategy.
