Job description

The MRI Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a high standard of work in MRI imaging sections; efficient operation, supervision, instruction and the assignment of duties of the employees and ensuring the highest level of care is given to all patients, as well as ordering and keeping in stock the necessary items. He/she supports the performance of all procedures and quality control of the Adult and Pediatric MRI areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited MRI school.
• Associate of Science or higher preferred, but not required.
• Four years of MRI experience.
• One year of leadership/supervisory or management experience preferred.

Required Licenses, Certificates, or Registrations

• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT
• BLS (American Red Cross)

Preferred

• ARRT (MR) Texas Medical Board if working in other modalities
