RadNet is seeking an In Suite Assistant 1 to join the MRI team. You will support MRI technologists and radiologists, help ensure MRI safety, and deliver high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with coil setup, patient screening, and maintaining safety and privacy. Strong communication and compassionate patient interaction are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• At least 1 year experience in a medical setting desired.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide assistance to MRI steering technologist, radiologists and administrative staff for MRI safety and patient care.
• Communicate patient history to MRI technologist for accurate MRI safety and assist during exams.
• Assist with coil setup, schedule maintenance, and cleanup of MRI suite.
• Safeguard patient property and PHI; manage medications per policy and legal requirements.
• Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers and respect patient boundaries.
