Philips Healthcare in Latham, NY is seeking a Service Innovation Engineer to drive MRI magnet service improvements and lead cross-functional projects to boost reliability and service margins.

You will collaborate with field service, engineering, quality, product development, and service operations teams to evaluate concepts, support changes, and implement practical solutions while growing into technical leadership roles.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in field service operations or new product development, preferably with MRI magnets.
• Experience as an FSE/MPM related to magnets is highly relevant.
• Strong troubleshooting, data analysis, and technical writing skills.
• Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle Management and MA-related processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead service innovation initiatives for superconducting MRI magnets.
• Evaluate concepts, support change projects, and implement practical solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across field service, engineering, quality and product development.
• Provide consultative guidance and technical investigation support.
