Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supporting field service operations or new product development, preferably with MRI magnets.
• Experience as an FSE/MPM related to magnets is highly relevant.
• Strong troubleshooting, service innovation, test design, data analysis, and interpretation skills.
• Feasibility analysis, quality assurance, technical writing, continuous improvement familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead service innovation initiatives for MRI magnets and improve serviceability.
• Collaborate with field service, engineering, quality, product development and service operations to evaluate concepts and implement solutions.
• Act as SME for Magnetic Resonance Imaging magnet service topics and share knowledge across projects.
• Support Modified Launch Design and new product introduction activities, including service requirements and test design.
