Job summary

Philips is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot and service CT/MR imaging systems across customer sites in the Syracuse, NY area. You will manage customer relationships, maintain equipment performance, and ensure timely service delivery while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

You should have 1+ years in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in electromechanical industries, with CT/MR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in diagnostic imaging service environment or 3+ years in electromechanical industries.
• CT or MR imaging experience preferred.
• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, service and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage customer expectations.
• Complete administrative duties (timesheets, work orders, PMs, FCOs) within required regulatory guidelines.
• Travel ~70% across the geography; up to 1–4 hours driving daily; possible overnight travel.
• Work with radiation safety requirements and wear PPE as required.
