Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Radiologic Technologist II to perform advanced diagnostic X-ray procedures with minimal supervision, supporting surgical and inpatient services in Wisconsin.

The role includes image quality, safety, and intraoperative imaging support, with duties across OR and clinic coverage. The PRN X-Ray Tech position requires flexibility to cover shifts and maintain equipment, supplies, and workflow in the department.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Associate degree in radiologic technology from an accredited program
• Wisconsin Radiographer license
• ARRT certification in applicable modality

Responsibilities

• Operate x-ray imaging independently to complete exams.
• Capture high-quality diagnostic images per protocol.
• Assist providers and OR staff with real-time imaging, including C-arm.
• Follow ALARA principles and safety standards.
• Record data into EMR and PACS; maintain imaging records.
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinicians to meet imaging needs.
• Perform routine quality control checks and troubleshoot equipment.
• Prioritize imaging tasks based on urgency and schedules.
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate interventions.
• Provide patient care with clear explanations and compassion.
