Responsabilités

• Ensures efficient operational workflows to include standardized patient care and promote timely customer access for the imaging program.
• Assists in timely processing of patients while prioritizing emergency cases, minimizing patient wait time, and optimizing turnaround time.
• Analyzes data to monitor clinical, operational, and financial outcomes, and coordinates the quality control program across the organization.
• Ascertains appropriate usage and maintains appropriate levels of medical imaging supplies and related equipment.
• Provides support to technicians and nurses in pre and post procedure to ensure quality patient care.
• Identifies opportunities and recommends improved medical imaging protocols to meet overall business objectives.
• Ensures integrity of patient medical images and related medical data in order to adhere with patient confidentiality guidelines and regulations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
