Job summary

RadNet is seeking a Site Manager to lead imaging-center operations, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop business opportunities. You will manage budgets, oversee clinical workflows, and maintain high standards of patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent management skills including sales, customer service, public relations, and financial understanding.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact with doctors, patients, vendors and staff.
• Experience at a high-volume medical facility is a strong plus; radiology service knowledge is helpful.
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written form; knowledge of budget and financial statements.
• Understanding of workers' compensation billing needs and basic medical-related knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Hire qualified team members following HR policies and maintain low turnover.
• Direct, mentor, and oversee imaging center and department staff with clear expectations.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations, RadNet practices, and safety protocols.
• Promote and seek new business opportunities for the imaging center and organization.
• Develop strategies to achieve individual and unit goals.
• Advocate change to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
• Assist in preparing operating budgets and analyze performance against budgets.
• Perform technologist duties to maintain skills and reduce staffing shortages.
• Protect patient property and health information, ensuring patient safety and privacy.
• Safeguard on-site medications per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Respect company property and patient financial information; ensure professional conduct.
• Interact diplomatically with patients, families, and the public in clinical settings.
