Responsibilities

  • Schedule and prioritize MRI exams to optimize scanner time and accommodate emergencies.
  • Communicate with radiologists to determine non-standard exam requirements and adjust technical factors.
  • Perform MRI/MRA procedures with attention to contrast safety and patient monitoring.
  • Assist radiologists and maintain equipment and PACS documentation.
  • Work schedule includes evening and rotating shifts with on-call duties.
