Job summary

Bay Medical Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Lead MRI Technologist for our Walnut Creek/Concord imaging centers. You will operate MRI systems, lead technologists, and support accreditation efforts while ensuring patient safety and high-quality imaging.

The role requires MRI training from an AMA-approved program, ARMRIT/MR or ARRT MR certification, CPR/BLS, and strong leadership and communication skills. Expect oversight of staffing, scheduling, and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Certificate of completion of MRI technical training from an AMA-approved institution.
• Current MR certification (ARMRIT or ARRT MR).
• CPR/BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images as directed by Radiologist.
• Lead MRI Technologists and assist Site Director with duties as required.
• Coordinate training for hardware and software upgrades and maintain accreditation readiness.
• Manage patient flow and scheduling to maximize productivity and staff efficiency.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, and PTO reporting; assist with staff scheduling.
• Screen patients, ensure safety, and document adverse reactions and protocols.
