Vetted Solutions is seeking an MRI Technologist to independently perform MRI procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety within a clinical setting. You will support licensed practitioners and contribute to efficient patient care while maintaining confidentiality.

The role emphasizes adherence to imaging protocols, ALARA principles, and ongoing collaboration with a diverse healthcare team to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• ARRT/ NMTCB/ ARMRIT certification required; new grads must obtain certification prior to employment.
• Experience in radiologic technology or MRI preferred.
• Knowledge of MRI safety, protocols, and patient care best practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and obtain correct information, while maintaining confidentiality.
• Apply imaging protocols and optimize technical factors following ALARA principles.
• Administer medications via vascular access as prescribed and document activities.
• Evaluate image quality, positioning, and securely transfer data.
• Educate and monitor students and healthcare team members.
• Apply MRI safety principles to minimize risks and assist interventional procedures.
• Select pulse sequences based on protocols and data acquisition needs.
