Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency seeks an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging using MRI technology. You will prepare patients, verify orders, apply appropriate protocols, and ensure patient safety under licensed practitioners' supervision.

You will optimize imaging factors, maintain ALARA principles, and assist with interventional procedures while ensuring data integrity and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications

• Certified by ARRT (MR), ARMRIT, or NMTCB (MR).
• Graduate from a radiologic technology specialty training program.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in routine and complex duties with a strong safety mindset and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Obtain correct orders and identify patients while corroborating clinical history.
• Prepare patients and apply imaging protocols, optimizing factors; ALARA focus.
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed and verify data transfer.
• Evaluate image quality and ensure proper data storage and transfer.
• Educate and monitor students and healthcare staff; assist with interventional procedures.
• Contribute to quality improvement activities aligned with departmental priorities.
