Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency seeks a CT Technologist I to perform advanced imaging procedures, operating CT scanners and related equipment to acquire diagnostic images under supervision.

You will prepare and position patients, execute CTA and other protocols, and ensure adherence to radiation safety standards while staying current with physics and pharmacology concepts to optimize scan quality and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a specialized imaging training program.
• Ability to operate different CT systems.
• Knowledge of anatomy, pathology, pharmacology, physiology, and physics.
• Strong attention to safety, protocols, and patient care standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment across multiple locations, ensuring accurate image acquisition.
• Follow protocols based on safety guidelines, including dose monitoring and notification of preset levels.
• Match clinical histories with appropriate imaging protocols, covering major organ and vascular systems.
• Perform specialized procedures such as CTA, TAVR, EVAR, and cardiac imaging.
• Ensure patient safety through proper preparation, positioning, and shielding.
• Maintain technical expertise and knowledge of physics to improve scan quality and reduce patient dose.
• Interpret technical factors to enhance efficiency and image quality.
