Job summary

Responsibilities

• Upholds Kaiser Permanente's Policies and Procedures, Principles of Responsibilities and applicable laws.
• Explains procedures to patients to reduce anxieties and obtain cooperation.
• Performs MRI studies according to established imaging protocols and optimizes coil placement.
• Centers coil and selects sequences to maximize image quality and diagnostic value.
• Ensures patient safety by explaining safety protocols and removing hazardous items.
• Archives images to PACS and documents clinical activities in the patient record.
