Job summary

Atlantic Health seeks an experienced imaging operations professional to manage and deliver patient care within the medical imaging department. You will support day-to-day operations, monitor safety standards, and advocate best practices in imaging protocols.

The role requires an associates degree in radiology or related field and 2–3 years in medical imaging, with preferred bachelor’s degree and leadership experience in a hospital setting. EPIC experience and API scheduling are a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in radiology or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in medical imaging or related area.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Experience with EPIC preferred; API scheduling experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operational workflows for standardized patient care in the imaging program.
• Assist in timely processing of patients, prioritizing emergencies and reducing wait times.
• Analyze data to monitor clinical, operational, and financial outcomes and quality norms.
• Maintain appropriate usage and levels of medical imaging supplies and equipment.
• Support technicians and nurses in pre- and post-procedure tasks to ensure quality care.
