Job summary

Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center in Northwest Portland seeks an Imaging Coordinator to streamline department operations, coordinate staff, and ensure efficient MRI services. You will oversee workflows and maintain procedural knowledge to support patient care across the imaging continuum.

The role requires Radiologic Technology education and ARRT licensure with MRI proficiency, plus prior supervisory or coordination experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of certified Radiologic Technology School.
• Minimum of one year of experience in imaging; three years preferred.
• One year in a supervisory or coordinator role preferred.
• CQI principles knowledge preferred.
• Medical terminology preferred.
• Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department functions to deliver imaging services efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of department procedures to assist throughout patient care continuum.
• Direct supervision is provided by the Supervisor/Manager of the department.
• Proficient in the field of MRI.
