Job summary

RAYUS Radiology in Bridgeton, MO is seeking an MRI & CT Technologist for a per-diem weekend shift. The role involves operating MRI and CT scanners, preparing patients, and maintaining accurate RIS records. You will work under radiologist supervision and provide excellent patient care.

Responsibilities include imaging procedures, patient preparation, safety compliance, and collaboration with the radiology team. Weekend availability is required, with daily pay options in some schedules.

Qualifications

• ARRT registered technologist in good standing.
• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiography.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist in the appropriate state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must have training and experience to perform scanning procedures independently.
• Certification in imaging specialty.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI and CT scanners to acquire diagnostic images with patient-centered care.
• Screen patients and explain procedures, ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Maintain patient records in RIS and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Assist with imaging protocol updates and equipment upkeep.
• Support scanning department with supplies and training.
