Radiology Imaging Associates is seeking a qualified MRI/CT Technologist in Greenwood Village, CO. The role involves performing MRI and CT procedures, guiding patients, and ensuring timely CT services with proper paperwork and radiologist interpretation. A sign-on bonus of $10,000 is offered for eligible full-time candidates.

ARRT MR and CT certifications are required; CPR/BLS is mandatory; 1–2 years MRI experience is preferred. Excellent patient care and independent work ethic are essential.

Responsibilities

• Explain MRI and CT procedures to address patient concerns.
• Apply radiation protection techniques to minimize exposure for patients and staff.
• Complete related paperwork and obtain radiologist interpretation.
• Conduct quality control and report machine malfunctions to the site manager.
• Maintain professional atmosphere with courteous interactions with patients and staff.

MRI / CT Technologist | Greenwood Village, CO

Reporting to Regional Manager of Clinical Operations

Employment Type: Full time (3 days per week for 12 hour shifts)

Invision Sally Jobe (ISJ) is a network of imaging centers built and managed through a partnership between Radiology Imaging Associates and HealthOne. Our imaging centers are conveniently located throughout the South Denver area and offer a variety of exams using state of the art equipment. Our services include MRI, CT, digital mammography, ultrasound, pain management, DXA, X-Ray, and image guided biopsies. Our mission is to improve the health of patients in the communities we serve by providing them with the highest quality imaging and associated medical care.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Performs MRI and CT procedures as ordered achieving a high level of quality and timeliness
• Escorts patients to a treatment room and assists with dressings as necessary
• Completes all paperwork necessary to ensure timely delivery of CT services
• Explains MRI and CT procedures to address patient concerns and questions
• Practices radiation protection techniques to minimize radiation to patient and staff
• Completes related paperwork and obtains interpretation by the radiologist
• Conducts quality control measures to monitor machine performance and reports all malfunctions and/or need for adjustments to the site manager
• Focuses on customer service and users courtesy and poise when interacting with patients, staff, and visitors to maintain a professional atmosphere
• Required to respond to a medical emergency including administering CPR
• Assists patients with positioning on the exam table and may be required to assist patients to prevent falls

Requirements:

• ARRT (MR) and (CT) required
• Must maintain and meet continuing education requirement as set forth by the the ARRT
• 1-2 years magnetic resonance experience preferred
• Must be able to work independently
• Exceptional patient skills a must
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Must be able to read, write, and speak in English

The pay range for this position is $42.00 to $57.00 per hour

In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Invision Sally Jobe's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role, and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Applications will be received on an ongoing basis, and this position will remain open until filled.

Full-time employees will become eligible for benefits on the 1st day of the month following 30 days of employment. Part-time employees may have access to some of these benefits, which may be on a pro-rated basis. PRN employees are not eligible for benefits.
