Overview: Invision Sally Jobe (ISJ) is a network of imaging centers that offer MRI, CT, digital mammography, ultrasound, pain management, DXA, X‑Ray, and image‑guided biopsies. This float position will travel among the South Denver area sites, offering a full‑time sign‑on bonus of up to $10,000 and an additional float differential pay of 10% of base wage.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI and CT procedures as ordered, ensuring high quality and timeliness.
- Escort patients to treatment rooms and assist with dressings as necessary.
- Complete all requisite paperwork to guarantee timely delivery of services.
- Explain MRI and CT procedures to patients, addressing concerns and questions.
- Practice radiation protection techniques to minimize exposure to patients and staff.
- Obtain radiologist interpretation of related paperwork.
- Conduct quality control measures to monitor machine performance and report malfunctions or needed adjustments to site managers.
- Maintain customer service, courtesy, and poise when interacting with patients, staff, and visitors.
- Respond to medical emergencies, including administering CPR.
- Assist patients with positioning on the exam table and prevent falls.
Requirements:
- ARRT certification in MR and CT (mandatory).
- 1–2 years of magnetic resonance experience preferred.
- Maintain continuing education as required by ARRT.
- Regular travel between ISJ clinic sites as patient capacity and critical needs dictate.
- Work independently and reliably.
- Have reliable transportation.
- CPR/BLS certified.
- English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency.
Compensation: $37.00 to $52.00 per hour, plus a 10% float differential pay.
