Responsabilidades

• Provide operational oversight of MRI, CT, and IR services ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
• Supervise MRI, CT, and IR technologists including scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Coordinate staffing and workflow for appropriate coverage, patient throughput, and timely imaging procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nursing leadership, and other departments to advance patient safety and operational excellence.
• Develop and monitor departmental policies, procedures, QA/QC programs, and regulatory compliance across imaging services.
• Ensure readiness for inspections, accreditation surveys, and regulatory reviews; maintain radiation safety and infection control standards.
