Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to service MRI and CT equipment in the NY Metro area. The role involves installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on customer equipment, with training provided to operators to ensure optimal system performance.

You will also manage inventory/time in your territory, maintain company assets, and establish strong customer relationships while handling related administrative duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Experience servicing diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Proficient with service testing tools (DMM, oscilloscope, torque wrenches).

Responsibilities

• Service MRI and CT equipment.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Deliver operator training to ensure optimal system performance.
• Manage territory finances through inventory management and timely service calls.
• Maintain company assets including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts.
• Establish professional relationships with customers and peers; perform administrative duties.
