Siemens Healthineers in New York (NY Metro) seeks an experienced Customer Service Engineer to service MRI and CT equipment at customer sites. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance, delivering timely repairs and operator training for optimal performance.

The role requires strong customer service, good communication, and the use of service test equipment; a valid driver's license and the ability to drive day/night shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma. Technical degree, military training, or equivalent applicable training preferred.
• Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, torque wrenches, etc.).
• Ability to work individually and in a team setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• 3+ years' experience servicing diagnostic medical equipment
• Valid driver's license and able to drive day and night
• Physical requirements: lifting, climbing, standing, bending, and reaching

Responsibilities

• Servicing MRI and CT equipment at customer sites.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance.
• Provide timely and effective repairs and operator training for peak system performance.
• Manage territory assets and inventory; ensure timely service call closure.
• Establish business relationships with customers and peers and complete administrative duties accurately.
