Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science required.
• Minimum five years in manufacturing engineering, supplier quality, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality management and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with MRB operations and nonconformance management.
• Excellent communication and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to lead meetings, resolve conflicts, and drive closure.
• Proficient in statistical analysis and Lean Six Sigma tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier-related nonconforming quality issues per MRB process.
• Lead daily MRB activities and facilitate reviews with supplier engineers and manufacturing teams.
• Initiate containment actions and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Drive overdue MRB records to closure through proactive follow-up.
• Coordinate investigations, supplier rework, or inspections as needed.
• Identify defect trends and drive corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase MRB efficiency.
