Job summary

RTX is seeking a Eurobundle Financial Analyst (P3) for the MRAD Product Area, based in Fullerton, CA. The role involves collaboration with Program Office, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive financial execution, cost control, and EVMS compliance within the Sentinel system program.

The position requires timely delivery under deadlines, ability to multitask, and hands-on budgeting with the finance team. Onsite work is available at Fullerton, with hybrid options as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience; or 3 years with advanced degree.
• Experience with SAP or a similar cost accounting system.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Earned Value Management.
• Provide monthly variance and data analysis.
• Develop and support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE).
• Establish and maintain program logs (MR, UB, BCRs, etc.).
• Provide financial guidance to Program Managers, IPT leads, and CAMs.
• Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance and reporting.
