Siemens Healthineers in the United States seeks an experienced professional to manage MR mechanical systems and ISEs under supervision of the MR Modality Director. The role involves weekly MR scheduling (~8 hours), calibration tool support, and new-hire training to ensure OEM compliance and field changes.

You will drive team support, optimize project milestones, and maintain high quality and timely installations across MR projects, with travel up to 25% as needed.

Competenze

• Deep technical knowledge of MR installation activities and criteria.
• Experience with capital medical equipment installations and project management.
• Strong communication across MR business line, SCM, and field service.

Mansioni

• Oversee all MR installations to ensure on-time, high-quality completion.
• Liaise with MR Business Line, SCM, and US sales/service for technical installation.
• Be the escalation point for project management support for MR.
• Manage productivity and cost containment for installations and identify gaps/trainings.
• Improve PM, installations, and logistics processes; optimize milestones.
• Lead cross-functionally to ensure timely product turnover and KPI delivery.
