Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Manager, Project Management Support & Systems Implementations (MR) to lead MR installations, oversee schedules, and coordinate closely with MR Business Line, SCM, and US sales and service teams.

You will drive training, improve processes, manage KPIs such as cycle time and install quality, and support changes across a dynamic environment while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain, PM and capital medical equipment installation experience.
• BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree.
• Strong business acumen across finance, market positioning, healthcare.
• Ability to influence without authority and lead changes in dynamic environment.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all MR installations to ensure on-time, high-quality completion.
• Liaise with MR Business Line, SCM, and US sales/service for installations.
• Act as the escalation point for MR project management support requests.
• Manage productivity and cost containment; identify training gaps.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure product turnover and KPI targets.
