Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Manager Project Management Support & Systems Implementations (MR) to oversee MR equipment installations, drive cross-functional collaboration with the MR Business Line and SCM, and ensure on-time, high-quality deployments. You will act as the escalation point for MR project management support and lead efforts to improve installations and logistics processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful demonstration and experience with supply chain management, project management and the installation of capital medical equipment.
• Required BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree.
• High degree of business acumen to include standard competencies (financial, market positioning, healthcare industry, and customer).
• Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.
• Demonstrates knowledge of organization’s business practices and issues.
• Proficient with MS Windows platform (current), MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.).
• Demonstrated organization skills.
• Strong people management and people development capabilities with ability to manage and lead changes in dynamic environment.
• Consistent track record of innovative thinking and process improvement.
• Strong work ethic and committed to do what it takes to get the job done on time and with high quality.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• All MR equipment implementations: you oversee all aspects of MR installations to ensure all installations are completed on time and of the highest quality.
• Acting as a liaison to and developing strong working relationships and communications path with the MR Business Line and SCM group representatives for MR, as well as the U.S. sales and service organization from a technical installation standpoint.
• Act as the point of escalation for any project management support requests for MR.
• Manage productivity and cost containment for installations in addition to identifying any gaps/ training opportunities. Further improve Project Management, Installations and Logistics processes, explore new opportunities and optimize timing of project milestones.
• Lead cross functionally to ensure product turnover is completed on time, including overall responsibility for team KPI’s including Cycle Time, Install Quality and Revenue Targets
