Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Master's or PhD in engineering or related field.
• 9+ years (bachelor), 7+ years (master), or 4+ years (PhD) of progressive engineering experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Leads hardware and software integration for the UAS flight environment.
• Plans projects with cross-functional teams to meet budget and schedule.
• Develops system architectures tied to mission requirements.
• Executes full lifecycle program from concept to airworthiness.
• Supports proposal development and customer integration.
