Job summary

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) seeks an experienced Program Manager for the MQ-9 Training Systems team in Poway, CA. This supervisory role oversees training devices, plans budgets, and coordinates internally funded and customer projects.

The role demands leadership, strong program management, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams, with a path toward senior responsibility within GA-ASI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/PhD in engineering, science or related technical field.
• Eleven+ years of progressively complex program administration experience.
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance and coordinate across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Integrate MQ-9B training product demand and deconflict resources.
• Lead project management staff and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Develop SOWs, budgets, forecasts and progress reports for programs.
