The role supports advanced networking and data links for MQ-9 UAS, including RSO and PLEO satellite comms, with leadership responsibilities and complex problem solving.

The position offers hybrid work options, travel up to 25%, and opportunities to guide engineering teams through full lifecycle program execution from concept to fielding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in engineering or related discipline with progressive engineering experience.
• Extensive engineering principles knowledge with ability to lead workloads and meet deadlines.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative solutions to advanced engineering problems.
• Serve as focal technical contact to customers and government agencies.
• Lead technical reviews and provide guidance to staff on difficult problems.
• Plan and execute project activities from concept to fielding for remote operations.
• Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
