Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a material planning and logistics manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily material handling functions for the facility and department.
• Ensure proper material flow from receiving dock to production line feed and delivery to customers.
• Coach safety, quality and productivity following standardized work.
• Lead and manage unionized hourly personnel and build team capability.
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
