Customer Experience Manager

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative provides exceptional customer support to internal and external clients, managing customer accounts and following internal policies to meet revenue and profitability goals. Responsibilities include communicating with customers and sales reps, advising on product availability and pricing, coordinating quotes and delivery, processing customer requests, resolving shipment and invoicing issues, and escalating problems as needed.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in mechanical or industrial industries
• Good mechanical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stress

Preferred

• ERP experience, especially Microsoft D365
• 3+ years inside sales or customer service experience
• Experience in waterworks industry
