Job summary

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago is seeking a Senior MPF Operations reviewer to conduct MORE reviews and oversee servicing quality across the MPF Xtra portfolio. You will evaluate PFIs, servicers, and third-party providers to ensure readiness and compliance with MPF Xtra, Fannie Mae, and MPF requirements.

You will identify training opportunities, communicate findings, and support remediation efforts while fostering strong relationships with PFIs and internal partners in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mortgage servicing, investor reporting, or related operations.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing requirements and policy expectations.
• Experience with MPF Program, MPF Xtra, Fannie Mae servicing standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MPF Xtra MORE reviews and servicing oversight.
